The Cheese House is located right in the heart of the farm. This renovated building houses all of the cheese-making operations.
This building was formally the "hen house." In February 2004, the chickens were moved to their new location and the building was gutted. Layne, Beth, Jacob and Matt worked for 6 straight months to build what you see here.
The Cheese House has seen much use and expansion since 2004. We have added an outside cooler to house our hard cheeses and another refrigerator to keep our yogurt fresh.
